Development consent order application submitted for theme park on 465-hectare Kent site

A development consent order (DCO) application has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) for a theme park with 500 homes on a 465-hectare brownfield site on the Swanscombe Peninsula in Kent.
