Mayor softens green belt, affordable housing and industrial floorspace policies in London Plan

Developers of small sites in London will no longer be required to pay affordable housing contributions and protection of the capital’s green belt has been slightly relaxed in the latest version of mayor Sadiq Khan’s plan.
