Kent authority fails in effort to overturn costs order over 'unreasonable' handing of 700-home appeal
A Kent council has failed in an effort to overturn an inspector's order for it do pay a developer's appeal costs, after a judge ruled that the authority was guilty of "unreasonable behaviour" in its handling of the appeal.
