Holiday-let to dwelling house thwarted by court judgment

The variation of a condition to allow unrestricted dwelling use at a barn conversion originally conditioned for use as holiday accommodation has been refused in open countryside in Staffordshire, with the inspector finding it was not possible in law to vary the permission following the Finney judgment, 2019.
