Herts council objects to 'misleading' effort by housebuilder to deregister green belt village green

A Hertfordshire council has objected to a move by housebuilder Taylor Wimpey to deregister an area of village green land within the green belt, accusing the firm of being "misleading" over its intentions towards the future use of the site.
