Provision of parking bays necessary to mitigate loss of garage

A proposal to demolish a garage and erect a new dwelling without complying with a condition to re-instate the existing crossover back to a footway and create new on-street parking bays was refused at a property in north-west London on the grounds the condition was reasonable in the interests of highway and pedestrian safety.
