PINS' appeal decisions output returns to pre-lockdown levels

The level of monthly appeal decisions issued by the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) has returned to pre-lockdown levels, while the number of virtual events hosted by the body in October rose to its highest level since it began these earlier in the year, latest statistics reveal.
