Government announces new £7.1 billion home building fund to 'unlock 860,000 homes'

Chancellor Rishi Sunak has announced the creation of a new £7.1 billion home building fund that aims to "unlock 860,000 homes" as well as a £4 billion "Levelling Up Fund" for investment in local infrastructure projects.
