Need for holiday park established but heritage harm prevails
An inspector has refused the change of use of an appeal site from agriculture to a timber lodge holiday park in open countryside in Cambridgeshire for harm to the character and appearance of the area and harm to designated heritage assets not outweighed by the benefits of the scheme.
