Cumulative heritage harms scupper eco homes

Three eco homes were refused in open countryside in Derbyshire with the harm to the setting of a nearby conservation area and listed building providing a clear reason for refusing the proposal under paragraph 11d) (i) and footnote 6 of the NPPF. Harm to the local landscape generally was also cited.
