Plans approved for 1,420-home Northants section of cross-boundary scheme

Plans have been approved for a 1,420-home development in Northamptonshire that forms part of a wider 3,500-home cross-boundary scheme, despite the proposal offering a level of affordable housing that is just a quarter of that required under local policies.
