Housebuilder 'nervous' about white paper developer contributions shake-up

Housebuilder Barratt Developments is "quite nervous" about an element of the planning white paper's proposed changes to the developer contributions system that would allow third parties to provide infrastructure for a scheme rather than the applicant, the firm's head of planning has said.
