Jenrick refuses plans for 56,000 sqm employment scheme over green belt harm
The secretary of state has refused plans for a 56,197 square metre distribution centre in the Cheshire green belt after he concluded that the "very significant weight" granted to the scheme's economic benefits was not sufficient to outweigh the harm to the protected land.
