Development consent order application submitted for new Lower Thames Crossing

Government agency Highways England has submitted a development consent order (DCO) application to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) for the proposed new Lower Thames Crossing, which has been dubbed as the "biggest roads project of the 21st century".
