Second go-ahead for Kensington hotel redevelopment following judicial review

London's deputy mayor for planning Jules Pipe has granted permission for the redevelopment of a Kensington hotel into a mixed-use scheme featuring a 30-storey tower, following a High Court ruling that overturned a previous mayoral consent for the scheme.
