Access for agricultural use denied LDC

A means of access to a highway was refused a lawful development certificate in open countryside in Buckinghamshire, the inspector agreeing that the council’s decision on the matter was well-founded as the development was not permitted under Schedule 2, Class B of the GPDO because it related to an agricultural use.
