Bucks Council mulls withdrawing local plan from examination to avoid 'abortive costs'

Buckinghamshire Council officers have recommended that it withdraw the Chiltern and South Bucks local plan from examination in an effort to save costs, despite refuting a claim by inspectors that the plan did not satisfy the duty to cooperate.
