Worcestershire joint plan review faces 12-month delay due to pandemic

The submission of a joint local plan review in the Midlands for examination is likely to be delayed by over a year due to Covid-19 and could face a further hold-up if the government's new standard method for assessing housing need comes into force before then, it has been revealed.
