Go-ahead for 525-home estate regeneration scheme in Milton Keynes

Plans for the 525-home mixed-use redevelopment of a 1960s housing estate, which propose more than 50 per cent affordable housing, have been approved by Milton Keynes Council's planning committee after officers advised that it would result in “significant improvement” for residents.
