Khan overturns council refusal to approve 450-home Richmond scheme

London mayor Sadiq Khan has overturned a council refusal to grant permission for the mixed-use 453-home redevelopment of a DIY store site in south-west London after the applicant increased the overall number of units and the level of affordable housing.
