Small size of gap irrelevant in Class E outbuilding determination
A lawful development certificate for a detached outbuilding under Class E of the GPDO has been granted at a north London residential property, the inspector finding the council’s refusal of it, because they felt it was an extension under Class A, was not well-founded.
