Government's housing need changes would be ‘undeliverable’ for London, mayor Khan says

The government's proposed changes to the standard housing need method are "not fit for purpose" for London and "risk alienating communities", London mayor Sadiq Khan has said in a letter to housing secretary Robert Jenrick.
