PINS resumes publication of monthly appeal timescales as pandemic hits inquiry duration figures
The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) has resumed monthly publication of average timescales for its determination of appeals with new figures showing that the mean time taken to handle inquiries rose to 35 weeks in August, 11 weeks longer than before the Covid-19 lockdown.
