Labour attempt to annul permitted development right extensions defeated

Labour-backed votes in the House of Commons to annul three statutory instruments (SIs) that introduced new residential permitted development (PD) rights were substantially defeated yesterday evening following an hour-and-a-half debate in the chamber.
