PINS fails to meet any ministerial performance targets for planning appeals

The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) has failed again to meet any of its six ministerial targets in relation to the determination of planning appeals, the body's annual report for 2019/20 has revealed, though it said new "replacement" targets are in the pipeline for later this year.
