Appeal court backs council's permission for new school near US Air Force base

Following a long-running planning battle, a Court of Appeal ruling means that a new school will finally be built in Lakenheath, Suffolk, despite concerns about the impact on pupils of aircraft noise from the nearby US Air Force base.
