Housing ministry announces higher prior approval fees for upwards extensions and demolition PD rights

The government has confirmed that developers would have to pay much higher application fees to councils to make use of new upwards extensions and demolition and rebuild permitted development (PD) rights compared to the costs of seeking approval for current PD rights.
