Appeal Court rejects landlord's bid to overturn £527,887 confiscation order for unlawful flats conversion

A landlord who converted a house into 12 flats without planning permission has failed in an effort to overturn a London borough's confiscation order and prevent himself being stripped of over half-a-million pounds in rent paid by his tenants.
