Jenrick accuses slow decision-making councils of 'maladministration' and moots developer contributions changes

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has told MPs that councils failing to make timely planning decisions are guilty of "maladministration" and has suggested that changes to the developer contributions regime could be introduced in the wake of the Westferry Printworks controversy.
