Three new overarching town centre use classes set out in new regulations

Existing town centre use classes in relation to shops, financial and professional services, restaurants and cafes, offices, learning and community uses will be subsumed into three new overarching use classes from 1 September as part of a "complete overhaul" of the system, newly-published regulations reveal.
