Norfolk authority approves 456-home scheme despite wedding noise concerns

Councillors have granted permission for up to 456 homes on a greenfield site near Norwich, after planning officers rebutted concerns raised by the authority's own environmental health team about the impact on future residents of noise from a nearby wedding venue.
