Jenrick dismisses 65-home Surrey appeal over neighbourhood plan conflict

The housing secretary has gone against a planning inspector's recommendation and refused plans for a 65-home scheme in Surrey after concluding that its conflict with a neighbourhood plan did not outweigh its benefits, despite the council being unable to demonstrate a five year housing land supply.
