Jenrick calls for all appeal hearings to be held virtually ‘within weeks’

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has called on the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) to "make all hearings virtual within weeks" and has urged councils and PINS to make more use of digital technology and virtual working during the Covid-19 lockdown.
