Inspector overturns Kent council's 700-home refusal despite landscape concerns

Plans for 700 homes on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent have been approved by an inspector who rejected the local authority's concerns that the development would have unacceptable impacts on the landscape and a nearby heritage asset.
