Croydon approves 49-storey 950-unit modular co-living scheme

Croydon Council has approved plans for what is thought to be one of the world's tallest modular buildings, a 49-storey 930-unit co-living tower, after the applicant amended the scheme in response to Greater London Authority (GLA) concerns about the "quality of accommodation".
