High affordable housing levels and mix of home types boost delivery rates, research finds

Schemes with affordable housing levels above 30 per cent build out on average about twice the rate of those with lower affordable levels, while sites with a wider number of builders also tend to deliver quicker, research by consultancy Lichfields has found.
