Ealing approves plans for 55-storey 700-home residential tower

The London Borough of Ealing has given the go-ahead to plans for 700 homes in two towers up to 55 storeys high, despite the scheme offering less affordable housing than required by local policy and officers finding harm to a nearby conservation area.
