Incinerator use would not make worsen air quality

A heat and energy recovery use and new external flue at an existing waste recycling complex at an industrial estate in the West Yorkshire green belt was approved with no harm to the green belt or living conditions in the area with respect to air quality and noise and disturbance, despite an air quality management area close by struggling to meet emissions targets.
