Jenrick urged to block Cherwell plan over green belt release for 4,400 homes

A group of former senior planning officers in Oxfordshire have written to the communities secretary urging him to block a district council's emerging local plan because it proposes the building of 4,400 homes on green belt on the basis of what they say are outdated and "discredited" housing need figures.
