Jenrick backs 365-home Lewisham scheme after 'no evidence' provided to back viability concerns

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has allowed an appeal for a 365-home redevelopment of a Tesco car park in south east London, after an inspector advised that "no evidence whatsoever" had been put forward by the council or Greater London Authority (GLA) to demonstrate that the development could viably include more affordable homes.
