Neighbourhood Watch: Parish plan proposes removing six sites from green belt

A parish council in Hertfordshire has expressed confidence in proposals in its emerging neighbourhood plan to remove six sites from the green belt for development, after a planning inspector questioned whether it has the right to do so.
