Court backs Shropshire housing consent despite site's 'very likely' local recreation use

A High Court judge has dismissed an effort by a campaigner to overturn a planning consent for 15 homes in Shropshire, despite recognition from the judge that the site in question was "very likely" to have formed part of a local recreation ground.
