Go-ahead for 239 homes as part of new 1,300-home Cambridgeshire settlement

Plans for the first 239-home phase of a 1,300-home Cambridgeshire development have been approved, in line with a recommendation from planners who advised that the scheme would "contribute to the creation of a distinctive sustainable community on the eastern edge of Cambridge".
