Judge rejects claim councillors were 'misled' by officers over crematorium approval

The High Court has dismissed a challenge against a Cambridgeshire council's planning consent for a new crematorium, rejecting a claim by a rival developer that members had been "materially misled" by planning officers' reports on the proposals.
