Leeds gives green light to 701 homes on greenfield site

Leeds City Council has granted permission for 701 homes on a greenfield site in the city's suburbs after officers advised that the National Planning Policy Framework's (NPPF's) 'tilted balance' had to be applied due to the authority's current housing land supply shortfall.
