Inspector approves Cherwell plan to accommodate 4,400-home Oxford overspill

A planning inspector has approved an Oxfordshire council's proposal to release land from the green belt and accept a 4,400-home overspill from a neighbouring authority, but has advised that an allocation for 410 homes in the countryside should be deleted from the document.
