Inspector refuses 225 Cornwall homes despite allocation in 'parked' neighbourhood plan

A planning inspector has dismissed an appeal against Cornwall Council's refusal of plans for 225 homes, after concluding that, despite a decision to allocate the greenfield site in a "stalled" neighbourhood plan, approving the scheme would undermine the plan-led system.
