Gove pledges 'zeal of Harold Macmillan in building new homes'

Conservative leadership candidate Michael Gove has pledged to introduce "citizens' juries" to oversee housing design codes and said he would have the "zeal of Harold Macmillan in building new homes", if he becomes Prime Minister.
