Solicitor hit with £500,000 POCA penalty by Ealing Council for unlawful office use

Ealing Council has secured a £500,000 confiscation order under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) against a Southall solicitor who refused to stop using a home as an office for his legal practice in breach of planning rules.
