Guildford MP claims MHCLG say council can revise adopted local plan to cut green belt loss

A Surrey MP claims he has received 'assurances' from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) that the recently-adopted Guildford local plan can be revised to reduce green belt loss without the need for further consultation.
